Spare parts department of Termomeccanica Pompe offer a complete portfolio of services to its worldwide Customers & End-Users covering any need that may arise during their plants’ entire life cycle:
- Long Term Service Agreement (LTSA) with three level of involvement and maintenance management.
- Integrated Quality System to allow the parts traceability: a quality code identify every single parts from o’ring to impeller in order to map out the piece from the production to the storage.
- Substitution and reverse engineering of mechanical seals on rotating machines and Customization of mechanical seals to TM.P.’s requirements.
- Supply of different type of guide bearing for different service and condition in a short time.
- Restoring of existing bearing with metallic shell.
- Reverse engineering of existing guide bearing.
